1. Please confirm the power cord is properly plugged in and the dust bag is correctly installed.
2. Ensure the cleaning time exceeds 5 minutes.
3. Shut off “Do Not Disturb” setting in the app.
4. Check if the dustbin is blocked or overfilled.
Why the robot can not find the charging station?
1. Please place the charging station against the wall, each side is 0.5 meters, and there is no obstacle in the front 1.5 meters.
2. Away from signal interference, such as router TV, mirrors, windows, etc.
How to connect to the app?

2.Ensure you connect to 2.4GHz WiFi network.

How often to replace the dust bag inside the self emptying station?
The A12 Pro is equipped with 5×2.5L dust collection bags, one of which can provide up to 8 weeks of hands-free cleaning.
