Why does the base wobble?
If the wire does not go through the wire hole of the base, one side of the base will be bulged and thus unbalanced and wobbly. * Solution: wire vertical through the base wire hole, so that the base is stable and does not wobble.
Why does the kettle wobble?
The core part of the base in contact with the kettle has 3 pieces of elastic copper, so the kettle is not completely fit on the base when it is not filled with water, so there will be a slight wobble, but it won’t capsize. Not a product defect.
