MiiCoffee Apex is prefect for the beginner looking for an entry-level semi-automatic espresso machine. The espresso machine uses an Italian made vibratory pump, a built-in PID with temperature control, a shot timer. Apex comes with a 550ml stainless steel boiler for brewing espresso and a dedicated thermo-block for making dry steam.. It targets brewing espresso at 9 bars with a pressure gauge showing the exact brewing pressure. Apex also includes programmable pre-infusion.
