What to do after you get the ice maker？
DO NOT turn on the Ice Maker. Please keep it upright for 24 hours. This allows the refrigerant system to settle properly and prevents some potential issues during the initial operation.
Why doesn’t the machine make ice?
1.After refill the water, please re-start or wait for it to automatically resume ice making. Because needs 3 mins for the compressor to re-start work, ice maker will resume ice making after waiting for 5mins. 2. Ambient or water temperature too high.
Why does the ice look crushed?
Usually happens in the first few minutes after start making ice. The ice will be stable for a few minutes.
Why is the ice machine leaking?
First, make sure the drain plug at the bottom of the ice machine is completely closed; the drain plug may be opened during movement.
Why does ice melt quickly?
Because nugget ice is small in size and tastes better, it is more suitable for chewing. It melts like bullet ice but faster than large ice cubes. Please think this through before buying.
