M12 PRO+ has a built-in small water tank, which will continuously replenish water to the mop during operation, and the water volume can be adjusted in the app.
Can the dustbox of YEEDI M12 PRO + be washed with water and how to operate it?
Yes. After the user removes the dustbox, rinse it with clean water. Please be sure to pay attention to the need to let the filter dry naturally before use.
Why is the mop sometimes lifted and sometimes not when cleaning?
During cleaning, M12 PRO+ can navigate through cross-zone trajectories and wash and recharge. The robot lifts the mop to avoid secondary pollution. When encountering carpets, the mop will be lifted to avoid wetting the carpet.
