Note: A grind that is too coarse, insufficient ground coffee, or inadequate tamping pressure can result in insufficient pressure for a proper brew. The amount of espresso extracted may vary based on the grind size and coffee dose.
1. There isn’t enough ground coffee in the filter. Add more to reach the recommended dose.
2. The grounds are too coarse. Adjust the grinder to a finer setting.
3. Tamping pressure is insufficient. Increase the tamping force to ensure a firm pack.
How to clean the grinder, and how often?
For optimal performance, we recommend cleaning the grinder every 18–25 days. Refer to the video titled “How to Solve the Problem that CLEAN GRINDER is Shown on LCD Display” available in the product’s video list for step-by-step instructions.
Is there any tips for making perfect milk foam?
1. Use cold whole milk for better texture.
2. Insert the steam wand just below the surface of the milk—avoid inserting it too deep.
3. Hold the steam wand at a 30–60° angle to the milk’s surface for optimal frothing results.
