Tips: When V5s plus does not work properly:

(2) If robot gets stuck, please move the machine to a flat floor and re-start the robot vacuum.

(3) Please check the supplied manual or the electronic manual on the product details page, page 1 for important tips and pages 21-23 for troubleshooting.
