Why did the dishwasher I received have water stains?
Each machine will be tested for water before leaving the factory to ensure that the machine can be used normally. Therefore, there will be some residual water stains on the machine. However, this does not affect the use, you can just wipe it dry.
Why is there white powder on my cutlery?
When using a dishwasher, you need to put in special dishwashing powder or dishwashing soap. Daily cleaning products will cause white residue marks.
Why doesn’t the dishwasher hose fit into my faucet?
Our water pipes are suitable for most faucets. If yours does not fit, you can connect a converter. Water pipe outer diameter φ12.5mm, straight American thread, elbow G3/4″
Why are the dishes not clean even though I followed the instructions?
First the tableware is too crowded or placed incorrectly. Second, the mode is wrong. For tableware with oil stains, choose daily cleaning or strong cleaning. Third the amount of detergent is incorrect. Please refer to the instructions for the amount.
Why doesn’t the spray arm rotate?
First, please check whether the spray arm is stuck by tableware and cannot rotate.
Second, after long-term use, food residues have entered the spray arm. Please clean the spray arm regularly according to the instructions in the manual.
